NPC talks in Scorpion's Abyss

im teamed with a friend i play with, and when either of us initiates a talk with an NPC, the pop up box doesnt appear for the other one, and once either of us finishes a talk, then its gone for the other player aswell... so either we play solo even tho clearly not a solo mission since beamed into same map, or either of us misses alot or all of the mission related talks with all the NPCs -.-
didnt find any posts regarding this so far, so thought i make a own thread, and hope the right ppl see this and can fix it soon.
sadly the "report a bug" option is also gone from the game, and this neither qualifies as "item" or "character" related issue and even less as an "Account problem"
