Seeking: Roleplaying captains interested in roleplay

Good evening, everyone!
I've been interested in roleplay in STO for a while now, but so far, I havn't had much luck in finding relatively simple open world RP. Naturally, there are two well known places but those are, shall we say..Not quite the type I am looking for. So, I am hoping to find a few merry souls with which to start something alittle bit more substantive!
If any captains here are interested in setting up some interactions in game in a stable location, hit me up @isabeldawn in game or slid a message in my mailbox here.
Eventually what I'd like to do is get a small group who can meet up regularly in a set place without having to stress too much over the hows and when's.
