2401 Starfleet uniform Bug

When purchasing the 2401 Starfleet uniform from the lobi store the item is to be usable by "any gender/faction", however, it did not appear for my Klingon faction character when attempting to use at the tailor.

Same issue.

Opened a ticket and was told I have to make a thread about it.

Not exactly sure how that helps.

That's likely in error. It should be Federation only.
