Corrosive Plasma Weapons Box Bug

As this screenshot attests, I cannot claim any weapons when attempting to use the Corrosive Plasma Weapons Choice box from Mudd's Market.

I can claim them on other characters, but not Aittra (my Romulan). Among the solutions I've tried so far:

Changing characters (re-selecting Aittra)
Relogging
Moving the bugged box to another inventory slot
Spam-claiming the item
Deleting existing corrosive plasma beams from my character's ship
Changing UI scale

All of the above have failed to fix the issue.

I recall this being posted a wee while back but cannot find the thread.
It's a level-related issue.
Up to level 50, it will offer Mk II to Mk X rewards but then seems to 'bug out' like this until you reach level 65 when it offers Mk XII, as it should.

Thanks for clarifying. That's really weird, to be honest. I used a set of blue-quality plasma beam arrays until I could reclaim those corrosive plasma beams on Aittra. Any idea why it does this?
