Pleasant Greetings All!
Please forgive me if this has been answered previously. I myself, have literally only JUST learned about this bridge officer today, and I am now filled with regret and questions.
The Romulan Liberated Borg Bridge Officer = https://stowiki.net/wiki/Romulan_Liberated_Borg_Bridge_Officer is, according to the wiki article, a rare bridge officer only obtainable during two previous promotional events.

According to the wiki article, to get this BOFF, you must redeem the promotional pack ONLY on a Romulan Republic character, that had chosen their faction. Then, the pack would grant you the faction appropriate Liberated Borg bridge officer that is currently available for purchase in the Zen store for 500Z (regular price) PLUS this hidden Romulan officer!
I'm only posting here because, the blog article for the 2020 giveaway has absolutely NO mention of this rare Romulan liberated Borg bridge officer. Had I known to redeem it on a Romulan Republic character, I absolutely would have. Now as you can imagine, I am sat here questioning all my life choices and feeling rather upset that I didn't know.
Now we are in the glorious year of 2024, I humbly beg, that this Romulan liberated Borg BOFF be added to Mudds Market, the regular Zen store, or be obtainable via an alternative method, please?
