Eclectic collector of armaments isn't functioning correctly.

Hello, i recently purchased a shrike for 1.5billion energy credits, I tested the trait, which says that using different kinds of attacks EACH grants +10% bonus damage and 10% faster recharge of capital ship innate weapons. According to the way this is worded, it appears that i should receive multiple stacks of this traits damage percentage. It is only granting a single stack. Thank you for your help.

    :s This trait still isn't working as stated in tool tip. Only refreshes instead of stacking.

    There's some vagueness to the wording of the Trait:
    Using different kinds of attacks each grants +10% Bonus Damage and +10% faster Recharge of Capital Ship Innate Weapons for 30 sec

    Option 1:
    IF "Using different kinds of attacks" THEN "each grants +10% Bonus Damage and +10% faster Recharge of Capital Ship Innate Weapons for 30 sec"

    Option 2:
    IF "Using different kinds of attacks each" THEN "grants +10% Bonus Damage and +10% faster Recharge of Capital Ship Innate Weapons for 30 sec"

    Usually, when something stacks, it is mentioned that it stacks and there's usually a limit on the maximum number of stacks.
    Option 1 suggests there should be stacks, but they aren't mentioned.
    Option 2 suggests a buff that's refreshed.

    Now, I don't have the ship, but the vague wording suggests Option 1 to be how the trait works.
    This is supported by the wording in the Blog post that announced the ship:
    "While this trait is slotted, dealing damage with different kinds of weapons provides stacking bonuses to all Damage and to the Recharge Rate of Capital Ship Innate weapons..."

    This trait and the console are still broken going on almost a year. They can't even give an honest answer on fixing it.

    I believe it works as follows: you have to have multiple types of weapons, from among these: cannon, beams, special ship weapons (lances, javelins, etc.), experimental weapons, projectiles and consoles. So you can claim up to six stacks (the Shrike can only field five, as it does not have an experimental weapon slot). Five stacks is more than enough, considering all the damage-boost and cooldown-reduction options that are out there.

    I can confirm that the Eclectic Collector of Armaments does work as intended, as when I was aiming down sights at Maje Culleh's flagship during the patrol Wanted, its HP just dropped like a stone into water. This indicates that my Shrike is capable of at least 200,000 DPS (chewed through that bloated ship's HP in less than a second--INCLUDING shields).

    This is a bug report, not a discussion thread. We do not close bug reports, because these are supposed to be tools for the devs in solving bugs. It's also not your report either, so it wouldn't be closed at your request since you're not the OP. Disagreement is not trolling, though.

    For everyone: unless you're adding PERTINENT information that could help solve the bug, please, don't post. Arguing with each other in a bug report doesn't help the devs fix the problem. Thank you.
