Advanced Vorn System TFO not always giving you the full amount of marks

After the patch yesterday we ran twice, this does not occur all the time, the Vorn System in Random TFO (Advanced), did all the optionals and didn't get full marks. Like today I got 42 marks. So not sure what triggers it but something ain't right.
