Last map bug occurred in: Winter Wonderland [#9?]
Map you were going to when bug occurred: Winter Wonderland #7 to meet with my IRL Brother

Bought the Frosted Boots, Winter Hat - Knitted and Elite Scarf [KDF] for festive currencies and the currencies were consumed, Opened the boxes for the Scarf and Hat and was excited try them on as my character's head looks cold in the Winter Wonderland. I go to the Tailor in the map, and didn't see either the Hat or the Scarf at the Tailor. Frosted boots however, appeared as they should.


My brother suggested I log out and back in, so I first Character swapped to check my Doff missions. Went back to Bahamute, still no hat or Scarf.


I still cannot find my hat but it says I have it? I bought another hat and was able to put the 'duplicate' into my Account Bank. I'm worried to use the hat until this bug is solved as I'm afraid that my hat will still be unusable no matter which character I claim my duplicate hat with.


Uniform, Outfit 1


Scarf seems to have been found however only works on one of my outfits


I have tried every outfit to check Uniform/Chest on each Uniform and Off Duty outfit with only Uniform, Outfit 1 with the Scarf available. My other KDF Characters do not have the scarf available so I assume this is the only scarf that I claimed during the event.

Yeah, common issue with Uniforms and other outfits. Not everything works with everything else. So you will find that the scarf will work with some but not all types of subcategory, so you have Uniform items, Off Duty Items, Rep Items, Mission reward items and so on in that drop down box and figuring out what is available is worthy of an Endeavour itself. Doesn't help that it is inconsistent in that some of the older items, like that scarf and hat are Off-Duty only whilst more recent ones are less restricted (or sometimes vice versa). I suspect Off-Duty is where you'll find it lurking.

The Scarf is found under the "Collar" menu, as you've found. However, I believe it is only equippable under certain uniform conditions.

The "Hat" isn't under the Uniform category at all - have you tried editing your "Head" ?
