Cross Faction Infinity Prize Packs no longer have cross faction consoles

I was trying to assemble a Synergistic Retrofitting Set for a ship, but I can't get two of the consoles I need. I can get the Dynamic Power Redistributor Module and the Point Defense Bombardment Warhead through the Dilithium Store Reclaim because I have the appropriate ships. However, I usually got the other consoles through the Cross-Faction or Salvaged Consoles Infinity Prize Packs that I've saved up, but now they're no longer there. I click on the box and all I see are Salvaged Consoles. How can I get these consoles without having to spend a ludicrous amount of EC for the ships they came from?

When they made Cross-Faction flying a thing, they removed those Cross-Faction Gear Packs from the Lockboxes. Now, to get the console, you have to get it from the ship.
Alternatively, some folks might still have some of those Gear Packs lingering in their Bank/Inventory...
