tailor bug: winter scarves not showing up in certain categories

I didn't realize I had a scarf already because one of them only shows in uniform category
while the other shows up in both categories

There is also a serious lag within the tailor.
Another problem that hasnt been addressed, is the inability to change uniforms on various boffs.
I am always getting you cant change the species of that character.
Cause: when you go to change one character and change it, it still thinks its on the first character that got highlighted when you opened up the boff side of the tailor.
Currently the only fix is to constantly save it without changing it and hope that it becomes the default boff so it can finally get changed (ROYAL PAIN IN THE TRIBBLE) needs permanent fix, cause the above fix is sketchy at best on a good day when it actually works cause it doesnt work constantly. There is also an issue where the boff that you need to change must be assigned a ground away team position in order to edit it. I have seen first hand that this also is a solution that works when it feels like it.

There's a workaround for that.
Add the relevant Boff to your Away Team.
(You might need to relog here.)
Edit the outfit.

I had already tried that as part of the solution AND included it in my post, again, works when it feels like it, not every time.
