Admiralty failure when 100% (or higher) success chance slotted

I have now reported at least 54 of these missions where the slotted stats are at or well above 100% success rate but the Admiralty mission still fails. The three current screenshots come from the same characters where 3 of the scheduled missions failed essentially at the same time. 
When time permits I will also be adding all the other screenshots I have submitted to support as far back as May 2023. I wish I had kept track when I first started encountering this bug and I am not confident that the bug will be fixed since it seems this bug has been reported for quite a few years before I encountered it.
