The Measure of Morality

In both parts of The Measure of Morality story mission the npc Severn disappear in the 1st part it was just Severn but in the 2nd part Burnham also disappears now. Ive done this mission on alot of times since i have 14 toons and Severn always bugs out but today it was both.
Its just a bit emersion breaking for me you can finish the mission just fine maybe its just because they turn in visible or something.

I too have had this problem, Seven disappears during the first mission and then doesn't move from the planet in Part 1. She's present in the cut scenes then promptly disappears again. I haven't been able to get past the Borg in Part 2 as both Seven and Burnham stay in the room with President Lincoln and with 1 bridge officer I quickly die. So I don't know if some reports that Seven eventually beamed in and helped others was true for me or not. I started with another character and just stopped after Seven disappeared for this one too. I've tried the suggestions of dropping the mission and starting it again and with no change. That this has been like this for more that a couple of years, judging by the suggestions from other folks and the dates of their posts, is really frustrating!
