I don't see anything in there about ships in the Z-Store being on sale - just Legendary Bundles & Dilithium Ships.

There is a line that says

Save 20% on Ships in the Dilithium Store and get the returning Vanity Shields for Dilithium! 12/21 at 8am PT - 1/2 at 12pm PT

which looks like one of the typical copypaste errors (there are no ships in the dil store at all, only pets, and the price of those hasn't changed either) and the most logical assumption for what they may have meant is ships in the zstore (though it is true it could mean anything or even nothing with the execrably low quality of their usual proofreading). The next most probable would be the Lobi store, but the ships there are also at the usual price.

The Legendary bundles have their own entry two lines below that one, so they are probably two different things.

Edit:
Going back and checking the SHIP VENDOR, not the dil store, the dil ships there ARE on sale, but at 35%, not 20%, so if that is what they meant instead of the dil STORE it is still an error (in more than one way since the use of the word store instead of vendor is extremely misleading, and the discount percentage is off).

That's what is meant by Ships in the Dil Store. They are currently on sale at 20% off but the reason you see 35% is due to your Fleet 15% discount.
If you check again after the 20% sale ends, you'll see you still have a 15% discount.

But then the question is why say they are in the dil store when they aren't actually IN the dil store? If you use the dil store icon under the minimap you will see there is no ship tab in the dil store at all. The phrasing of the announcement is very misleading, it should be something like:

• Save 20% dilithium on Ships at the ship vendor and get the returning Vanity Shields for Dilithium! 12/21 at 8am PT - 1/2 at 12pm PT

which would be clear and not look like just another of the copypaste editing errors that are so prevalent in STO announcements.

On a lighter note, the overview is a welcome change from the trend lately to keep the players in the dark until the week before something becomes active, and the sales and events themselves look good for the most part.

My guess is that in the back-end of the game, the ships are counted as being in the Dil Store even though you don't actually see them there when playing the game. But you are correct that your phrasing would be better.
