Clothing change every swap to snow blower weapon

When I switch from a non winter wonderland weapon to the snow blower weapon, my outfit is changed from the default outfit I always use to the WW Winter Snow outfit. This only happens with the snow blower weapon. I've went to the tailor several times. Even tried changing the outfit displayed when I switch to the snow blower since I can't delete it. It's not saved. Nothing has worked. I've included screenshot.
