"One Little Ship" Ranks 1 & 2...What's the difference?

I just recently completed the Gamma Reputation and was excited to achieve "One Little Ship" Rank II. I figured I would have a lower cool down or a higher active time, or something. I don't see ANY changes over Rank I. Does anyone know what the difference is between the 2 Ranks? I mean there should be some bonus to Rank II shouldn't there?

It's a damage boost for the Runabout, about 15% I think if it's like the increases in all the other reputations.

The rank 2 reputation traits unlocked by achieving Tier 6 in a reputation seem to be about 25% more effective but there doesn't seem to be much info on how this affects the active reputation ability "One Little Ship".

Some of the others (i.e. Piezo-Electric Perimeter Snare) do 25% more damage at rank 2 versus rank 1.

O.K., then. That first comment didn't really explain anything, but the second 2 did. I already know what levels
you are awarded the different ranks. So it is more of a damage boost and not something quantifiable by time.

The sto.fandom gets the information from the game. The game really needs to add some info on it.

Cryptic has no control over the wiki whatsoever. It is a community controlled wiki. The only thing that Cryptic really has control over is what is released, and thus subsequently added to the wiki by the community.

True, but Cryptic have control over the content of the game and "need to add some info on it" to the tooltip of the ability.
