Linked Uniform Colors [Randomizing Does Not Work]

I'm surprised I haven't seen a bug report for Linked Uniform colors except for a myriad of posts on the Feedback forums...
But yeah, I'm encountering the linked uniform colors bug on a handful of BOFFs:
-Skavrin - Odyssey and Khitomer Alliance belt and boot colors
-Eko'Ixtan, Ixso'Rax, Virak'agar, Vorso'kax - Jem'Hadar armor attachments, Honor Guard armor attachments and cloak
-Veril - Omega Force armor attachments
There might be more BOFFS affected, but these are the ones I see readily. Oh, and I have to add that the common "fix" I've seen posted in those older threads: they don't work. Randomizing only removes the linked components, and the linked colors returns when you put those armor parts back on.
