BOFFS don't have Temporal Battlesuit and Duelist Outfits in Tailor

I just now found out that BOFFS are not able to access the Temporal and the Duelist outfits in the Tailor, and when I say "BOFFS," I'm referring to the ones you acquire near the beginning of your campaigns (ex. Elisa Flores, Tovan, K'gan, Eko,Ixtan, Tarsi, etc).
