Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but when I claimed the event reward today the launcher awarded was bound to account. When you equip it to a ship you can claim a second launcher from the Reclaim rewards window. However, the one claimed from there in bound to character. I know this isn't too big a deal, but if you want to upgrade them to epic it's better if they are bound to account in case you want to move them around to alts. So, as it is now you can have one epic bound to account that can be shared but if a character wants a second epic one, they have to upgrade a bound to character one.

Event rewards are usually 'Bound to Character', so all you've done here is draw attention to something that is advantageous to us, the players.
Likely, they'll fix this so it's properly "Bound to Character". ;-)

Really the only reason I brought this up was because the Maelstrom torpedoes from the legendary Akira are both bind to account and the reclaim from the Dilithium store is too.
