MIssion "Cutting the Cord" - Delta Recruit Voiceover Incorrect

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
During the mission "Cutting the Cord", when a Starfleet Delta Recruit scans the Iconian Gate, Phillip Crey appears with the dialogue as he's meant to, but it's the Lt. Q'on voiceover that is played.
