Can't see or find my nimbus distress call in inventory.

After completing installation 18, I choose the nimbus distress call, but it never arrived visually in my inventory so I can't see it or use it lol. I replayed the episode again and when it comes to claiming the nimbus distress call, I'm told I can't have two unique items in my inventory of the same, so I can't claim it. Don't worry it will probably just show up one day down the track from cyber space I guess????

    UPDATE!!! I went to earth space dock and found it in my bank. So, it automatically went there rather than my inventory.
