ZEN Bonus posting for $10 and $50 Missing on Zen Buy 11/17/2023

I was going to buy Zen today for 50.00 and noticed that there is NO Bonus listed for that amount.
Is there NOT a bonus for 50 dollars at this time?

Are you talking about console or PC? Console does seem to be missing the discount of 20% on the $9.99 (1000zen) and 49.99 (5300zen) options, and it's just a sale on the price no bonus zen on console. On PC there's no price reduction, but you get an extra 20% of zen for each option. So that $50.00 would net you 6300 zen instead of the normal 5300 you would get.

That would be for PC on Steam. it still shows it is not offered.

Just got the 5000 zen option through Steam and didn't get the 20% additional zen. I actually thought it would be added automatically; but it wasn't. Just got back to the game after a couple of years away and don't know where to go to resolve this. Any help would be appreciated.

That would be your first mistake....buying from Steam. Generally, Steam does not offer the same discounts as Cryptic. The stores operate independently. ALWAYS buy from the Arc website for PC if you want the discounts.
