Emergency Power To Shields vs (Drain)

Emergency Power To Shields (All Ranks) is not working if the drain debuff is applied before the shields were less than 20%, 35%, 50%.

    Good testing. Amazing how much information you can get from just parking two ships in a pvp map and testing things so you can see both sides of it.

    For what it's worth, EptS has basically 100% uptime so this isn't a huge issue. Last time they touched EptS it caused quite a few massive bugs with some shield-related traits. Probably better to leave it alone now, so we don't have to relive those days haha.

    The issue is EptS won't save you or stop shield debuffs/drain when at (100% - 50%+) shields (When Active)
    You will go from (100% - 50%+) to 0%

    If the debuffs/drain are applied at (100% - 50%+)
    You won't get any protection (Even when it's active before the debuffs/drain)

    If the debuffs/drain is applied (50% - 0%) you get protection But...
    As soon as you go to 51% (As shields regen naturally) and I debuffs/drain you again you go to 0% shield (With EptS still active)

    What this means is that you will be at 0% shield, putting you in a large disadvantage
