Section 31 ship inconsistencies

So in terms of all three ships i've noticed some inconsistencies:
Sec 31 Intel Sci Destroyer
- Instant cloak/Decloak
- Cloak animation hides deflector/ folds nacelles inward
Lock box comes with covert phasers

Sec 31 Heavy Battlecruiser
- Instant Cloak / Decloak takes a few seconds to put weapons online
- Cloak animation hides deflector / folds nacelles inward
- Secret Mission Spawns in a Swarm drone that Fires with Red-type Linked phaser weapons

Sec 31 Dreadnought Cruiser
- Instant Cloak/Decloak
- Cloak animation doesn't hide deflector / does fold nacelles inwards
- Drone pets come with Covert Phasers
