Rally Points for Bridge Officers/Away Team not working

Submitting this report as instructed by a GM.
I cannot set Rally Points on any ground map that allows away teams.
This is only happening on my main character "Tibs".
No issues at all when playing any of my alternates.
Have tried to set Rally Points on Nimbus III, Voth ground invasion zone, Kobali Prime and a few Episode missions but cannot do so with my main character. I can set rally points in all of those locations when using one of my alternate characters.
I cannot set Rally Points on any ground map that allows away teams.
