Rok-Tahk (Prodigy duty officer) triggering on more abilities

The Rok-Tahk duty officer, which is supposed to give a chance to activate Seismic Agitation Field upon using Tricorder scan, also triggers with other abilities.

Including:
Sonic disruption (Risa kit module)
Tachyon harmonic

The issue seems to be that the Duty officer's effect is coupled to the animation of a tricorder. As both these abilities have such a tricorder animation.

All that being said: I'm reporting it because I felt obliged to. It would be nice if no changes were made.

I don't think it's actually a problem.
