Hud question figured out.

A year later I finally figured out what this bar is for on console.

It's tracking the universal endeavor for console players.

    We already have a UI Element for tracking the universal endeavor on PC?
    We also have to consider that the UI between PC and Console is VERY different.

    Yeah, our UI already does that. It's a bar, not a circle, though.
