Missing Admiralty Card - Phoenix Small Craft

In the Promotions tab of the Z-Store, it shows I've purchased the Phoenix Small Craft Admiralty Card as well as the Assimilated Assault Cruiser. I have the Cruiser in my inventory, but not the Phoenix and since the Z-Store says I've already purchased it, I can't try to require it...

Those two cards were previously available as freebies and came in boxes.
It may be that the box is lurking somewhere in your Inventory or Bank needing opened.
