Ferasan head/face clan markings option is gone

I went into the tailor today, and I can't find the option to set the clan/face tattoos anymore on either my captain or my bridge officers. I thought it used to be under the Head section. I was at the Ganalda Space Station tailor, if that makes a difference.

edit: Looking back at some videos, I think the option might've been called "Overall Pattern"
