Dominion ships and Hypercooled Technology Set

The Hypercooled Technology Set can only be equipped on Breen ships.

Considering that the Breen and Dominion have been allies in the past and that the dampening weapon has been installed on dominion ships in the past , is there a prospect that the Hypercooled Technology Set be made available on dominion ships?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Well... considering its an old set tied to old Winter Event ships... not sure.

    That is also an option, but with both the gamma recruit going and winter events on the horizon it'd be nice (not least for RP purpose) if the use of that set was expanded to Dominion and possibly Cardassian ships.

    One could go a True Way setup.
