So I was just minding my own business and working on a starship build and I was going to ask a question....then the entire chat is just gone.

Is it a bug?

    I guess there may be a bug. I am not in game

    The Chat Server is different from the Game Server. Sometimes when you're getting SNR, you can still chat until you're knocked off the game. And with custom chat channels we used to be able to chat between games too. So if you had a custom channel for your fleet, and you had someone playing Neverwinter, there actually was a time you could talk to them in Chat from STO.

    If Chat was down, the Chat Server may have been affected at that time.
