I have been completing the Patrols for the Halloween Event, however, I am confused with the progress. I need 2 points a day, however, the Overall Progress shows I am 6/14. The event has only been on for three days, is it bugged?
I've searched for similar threads but couldn't find any.

Nope not bugged, you need 14 progress points to earn the final reward and you can get two points per day. So, with seven days of completions you'll get the big prize. Really you could get it a bit quicker with the reset being on a 20 hour timer, but with how long the event is it's no rush.

There's definitely a bug here.
The Event is supposed to require 14 days of completion, not 14 points.
In 2021, we only had the TFO so we got 1 point of progress and 14 points (days) to complete.
In 2022, we had the TFO for 2 points and the Patrols for 1 point each. We could get 2 points per day for 28 points (14 days) til completion.
In 2023, we should have a repeat of 2022, but someone forgot the make sure the maximum amount of points was 28 (14 days).

Yeah, after reviewing the announcement for the event. Inferiority appears to be right. The Dev's need to sort this out quickly or they will have a bunch of players with full event bars in four days.

The post states:
Obtaining the Grand Prize requires 14 daily progress. Captains can earn one daily progress per account per day by playing the Patrols “Skeleton Crew” and “Witches Brew”, along with the Halloween Task Force Operation “Cat's Tale”!

But we have been earning 2 points a day. One from each run of the patrol or 2 from the Task Force.

I don't know looking back at last years post the requirement still only mentions 14 daily progress.

Personal I can't remember if the event bar filled up at 14 points or 28 points last year.

I expected 1 daily progress by getting 2 points per day, which is why I am confused. I did play last year, and I do recall that it took me 14 days to complete. Clearly, it is bugged. I guess I can complete it in 7 days, though I am telling you, that is going to be a lot of dilithium bonus earned by continuing to play for the rest of the event.

Last year's post was wrong but ingame we needed 2 points per day and a total of 28 points, which is 14 days.

(Sadly, there seems to be a lot of mistakes cropping up on the website posts again. I thought there had been some improvement this past year...)

So, after seven days I was able to claim the event reward.

Same here, I even ran two more of the patrols and got the bonus dilithium for the day.
