Bank/Inventory Won't keep sizing

Hi all, I'm hoping someone has discovered a fix for this & yes I did use the search before posting! My issue is in the title: Since I started playing the game earlier this year, I've noticed that my inventory/bank won't keep their size. I'll adjust them in game and for the rest of that session everything is fine, but when I log out and in again my inventory and bank have resized themselves. It's kind of annoying and at times frustrating. Has anyone found a fix? I haven't been able to find anything online either
