Missized Embassy Bridge Officer Photo Bug

Disclaimer: The times in the pictures are inconsistent with my narration, because I tested different combinations before I photographed screenshots for documentation. Also, I write this report in the name of GM Ehdione of Arc Games, who bade me to write this bug report.
On my Starfleet character Smith@luther#6192, I wanted to have a bridge officer who had the Romulan Operative space trait, so I bought the embassy rare quality male tactical bridge officer. I named him N'vek after the Romulan who helped Troi in the TNG episode "Face of the Enemy". I started customizing his appearance and made three outfits for him.
The first outfit from left to right was made from clothes of the mercenary outfit. The second outfit from left to right was made from arming garments, rerebraces, vambraces, greaves, and shoes of the Tzenkethi outfit, spaulders and pauldrons of the Starfleet wargames outfit, and belts of the mercenary outfit. Finally, the third outfit from left to right was made from the same pieces as those of the second outfit, but with the helmet and the de facto gorget of the Starfleet wargames helmet.
On Earth Space Dock, I equipped N'vek with the first outfit, and there did not seem to be any bug, until I put N'vek on a space bridge officer slot.
N'vek's photo was more zoomed in than those of my other bridge officers, and that was a bug. I went to the tailor and checked the dimensions of his head, and they were identical to those of my other male bridge officers, except in the forehead. I put N'vek on other slots of the same ship and slots of other ships, and his photo was missized on every slot that he was put on.
I force verified Star Trek Online, and I put another male tactical bridge officer on the slot on which N'vek was first put on.
That bridge officer's photo was as zoomed in as those of most of my other bridge officers, and that was a feature, not a bug.
I equipped N'vek with the second outfit and put him on the slot on which he was first put on.
N'vek's photo was still more zoomed in than those of my other bridge officers.
I equipped N'vek with the third outfit and put him on the slot again.
N'vek's photo was more zoomed out, yes, zoomed out, than those of my other bridge officers. I admit, the zooming out might not be a bug, inasmuch as it is not as noticeable, but the zooming in is definitely a bug.
I heard of a superstition that New Romulus had an unexplained ability to fix bugs, so I went there, and beamed to and from the clearing near Spock's graven image, hoping to fix the bug without help, but I failed. Now I ask for help from you all.
Thank you to the developers, the game masters, and the players for giving this game a sense of community, and may this bug be fixed.
