Rich Dilithium Claim mission completion did not deliver dilithium.

One two occasions I experienced this on the same character. The first time, September 30, 2023, was during the bonus dilithium event. I completed the mission and expected to see a "You received 10,001 dilithium" message in the chat. It wasn't there and the dilithium did not appear in my inventory.
The second time was on October 5, 2023, after the bonus dilithium event. There was no "You received 5,000 dilithium" message and no dilithium added to my inventory. Both occurrences did consume one Rich Dilithium Claim, and both occurrences did end with the message, "Rich Dilithium Claim (Daily) complete! Resolved mission Rich Dilithium Claim (Daily)" in the chat window, verifying that I did, in fact, complete the mission.

What the issue is: Missing mission completion awards
What steps you already tried when attempting to resolve your issue (if applicable): I have submitted tickets with Support, and they indicated that a bug report in this forum was required to proceed.
