Medicinal Coat reward from "Fujiwhara Effect"

A GM told me to post here as well.
I have found some bugs with the Medicinal Coat you get as a reward from the mission "Fujiwhara effect". Males can not use the TNG Uniforms together with the Medicinal Coat only the different Odyssey uniforms (Mirror and Prime versions), while females can use both Odyssey and TNG uniforms. You can't changes the colors of the females version of The Next Generation films badge when using Medicinal Coat.
As you can see there is no options for the TNG Uniforms for male. Females on the other hand has access to the TNG uniforms together with Medicinal Coat.
But females has problem with the TNG Movies Badge as you can see you can't paint the badge right.
