In the Guillotine TFO we were in the middle of it and when I tried to activate anchor 3 it wouldn't activate, meaning the TFO wouldn't progress and everybody had to leave. As you can see in the image on the right side under Aetherian shield progress, it skips from anchors 2 to 4 as well.
