Particle Feedback Loop Ends Prematurely

Particle Feedback Loop ends prematurely and alongside Tractor Beam Repulsors when activated by it. I noticed only one stack is removed when two stacks of Particle Feedback loop are up and one was activated by Tractor Beam Repulsors, did not try with three stacks. Fist noticed on new Dominion toon with freshly acquired trait and ability but tested to the same result on old alt with already learned trait and ability.
