Into the Hive Elite - charged floor panels not lighting up

When playing Into the Hive Elite, the floor panels in the first and last section are not lighting up to warn when they are about to discharge. Additionally, the queen bugged out and the TFO could not be finished.

i wondered if this had been reported. i died so many times without knowing why at the first stage. i didn`t report it then because i was unsure if it would be one of those one off things. however i`ve just copped for this tfo again in randoms and the exact same thing happened. i played advanced and this is a recent bug that happened twice in a row. the queen bug is an old one that`s been ignored for yrs but it only happens rarely.

It's this way on Xbox as well. It's this way on advanced, and elite. It is occurring in the first stage as well as the last stage. It's this way virtually everytime now.
