I'm not sure what the issue is here...

If you're being forced to change the name of a character, the game won't let you log in on that character until you change it.
Your other characters are unaffected and not being forced to change the name - therefore you can log them in just fine.

So the idea is I want to keep my name because it’s not inappropriate & it was cleared by the devs the goal is to force the system to keep the original name. Not anything different

Just add a letter on the end “Emperor Oaboba-A.” That’s the Star Trek solution. The Dynasty solution is “Emperor Oaboba II” They used Roman numerals in Star Trek too.

Does it allow you to rename the character from "Emperor Oaboba" to "Emperor Oaboba", just using the same name?

If not, and the devs are allowing you to keep the name, it might be worth asking them that if you rename the character, would they trigger a rename so that you can rename it back to the original?

Another possibility is that whilst it's not inapporpriate in English, it could very well be in another language. (Although, I'd expect the devs to be able to point that out.)

Yeah! I have no idea but they wanted a video of it & they actually changed it back themselves so Hopefully they can whitelist it & I can’t imagine it’s bad in another language imagine it was inspired by Boba Fett but no I can’t rename the same name it’s kinda frustrating but I’m sure I’ll get an email back here hopefully!
