Initial Report
Found that when adding or removing affected console, antiproton weapons would not increase or decrease the damage output.
Further testing discovered that this happens regardless of how much prior increase weapons have. If the probe array is the only item that gives a bonus, it still does not work, excluding the possibility of hitting a bonus cap.
Provided screenshots show weapon with and without equipped console. Console slot is bottom left of image.
