HoH'SuS console does not benefit from Strike Group Command Authority trait

Tested on maps Deep Space Nine and Argala (Wanted)
The issue: The HoH'SuS Bird of Prey summoned by the Console - Universal - HoH'SuS Bird-of-Prey does not benefit from the trait Strike Group Command Authority. All other summons/separations that work in a similar way which I have tested, incldung the Federation counterpart Aquarius, do give a bonus (Tier 3 in case of the Aquarius).
