Not getting all rewards from box as per wiki

I opened on my reman character, but was only given the "Romulan Borg Engineering Officer" BOFF candidate, not the federation aligned one. My Romulan character is level 65, and has aligned with the federation.

I obtained the pack through the " Star Trek Online Borg Assimilation Pack Giveaway" then used the arc client to verify the code, and the promotions tab to receive the items, of which this reward was one of.

Well, you can't really go by Wiki a lot of the data there is outdated.

I also opened my pack on a Romulan character and got the Romulan Borg Engineer which is all I was expecting.

inferiority

The wiki is not 100% correct and a box containing one Borg engineering officer will only give you one.
- Federation characters get a Human Liberated Borg;
- KDF characters get a Klingon Liberated Borg;
- Republic characters get a Romulan Liberated Borg;
- Dominion get the officer of their allied faction.
