Missing Borg Modulation UI

Since the Incursion story had been updated, I have noticed the borg modulation UI was missing for my Romulan character. The remodulation UI does disappear and reappear for my Federation and Klingon characters. It does not appear for my Romulan character at all after the borg had adapted to my weapon.

You have the option to show the UI for modulation turned off. The collum of icons to the far right of your tray the very bottom one shows a slash through it. Telling you they are turned off.
