Error: Option Eyes: Small Iris now looks the same as Eyes: Humanoid

Aligned with KDF
When entering the tailor the eye resets automatically to Reflective, without editing.
Happened after latest module was launched.

    "Small Iris" is different from the regular humanoid eye but not the Iris, as suggested by the title.
    "Small Iris" gives the character a Small Pupil.
