Enemies and loot drops dis- and reappearing in Khitomer ground

Enemies in Khitomer Ground randomly disappear, and then reappear when you get close. The same happens with loot drops.
I don't know if this happens in the entire mission (I was only briefly in a private mission for some ground damage endeavours), but it certainly happens with the first couple of groups you encounter near the start of the mission, when you've just left the door. Happened on multiple occasions.
I know this bug has existed before, and then it was solved. But that's many years ago, so no idea if that's any help, if there's a log with fixes or anything that the issue and solution could be looked up in.

I think it also happened more recently, but like I said, it must still have been a significant number of years ago, so yeah. Not sure if that information is of any value.

But it appears this bug surfaced with one of the last two patches.
