Bug report (new traits)

I was told to post here a bug report about current X2 trait slots.

After upgrading to T6-X2 it has highlighted one of the many ongoing issues within STO. This specific issue in general is a failure of items (all) from correctly saving to loadouts, permanently. In this scenario, I am speaking directly about the now 2nd space trait. Total is what now 7? But I say 2nd as in, on the last row of space traits after going X2.

This trait slot has an error in it which is connected to many of the other loadout/trait/tray etc. etc. error/bugs.

The error is simply not being an isolated item for current ship and saving correctly. When a player puts a new trait in this new slot and saves it, it should be "isolated" and permanently saved to a loadout. Instead, it is loosely connected to [other] ships, other loadouts. This is good for using same items on different ship, it's bad when other ships entirely affect current loaded ships.

For example:

Imagine (two) upgraded ships (T6-X2).
Ship (a) has traits (1,2)
Ship (b) has traits (1,3)

When switching ships from (a) to (b), the 2nd ship (b) will then have traits (1,2) like ship (a) when it was supposed to be (1,3). Get it? Pretty simple. It's code error and a saving failure. Ship (a) "affected" ship (b).

This should not be.

The traits aren't saving correctly (permanently to loadout) so they will auto populate into random slots. The above is just an example. In truth, there is a lot going wrong there. Again, this is a part of the overall issues pertaining to loadouts/saves and all the item/gear/traits etc. that do not "save and isolate" as they are supposed to. Changing ships should not "impact" any item/gear/traits etc. because the module/ship should be an entirely different entity and "isolated". It simply should not but because of this very prevailing error, it causes hell for player's loadouts.

This specific issue is simply a part of that.

The new space trait slot needs to be reset and properly "isolated" and all traits need to be saveable and not affected by any other outside behavior (changing ships). As I know was always the intent. It simply needs rectified.
