What is going on with the Jhu'ael Tactical Carrier Warbird in the opening splash screen visuals?

I went looking at this and for some reason the red in this makes no bloody sense when you realize that without the Reman version of the Rom reputation set doesn't show up on the splash screens (for coding purposes). Disabling it here as you can see, there's positively no red in it:



So why was it added? "Wouldn't it be cool if we..." is not a valid reason for telling the players this is how the ship comes by default.. Because it doesn't... And neither is using the Ar'kif



or Ar'kala versions of an otherwise very green ship:



Please fix.

The login screen jusr displays your ship with whatever paint-job you have applied.
However, in a recent update - I think it was Unraveled - the login screen now also picks up whatever shield visual is equipped on your ship.

No paint job was applied. As you can see here:



Suffice it to say, that's not true either as this is the visual applied:
