The new Prodigy conn officer Dal R'el is not working. The FAW1 that is supposed to proc with APB never does. I am not sure if the 50% chance to heal hull with APB is working either but the FAW1 is definitely bugged. I didn't see this as a known issue in the patch notes so just wanted to share the issue I'm having with this.
