Federation-aligned Klingon bridge officers do not have the smooth (TOS) head option in the tailor

After looking into some customization options, I found that the federation aligned klingon bridge officers do not have the option for smooth (TOS style) foreheads. I have double checked that this is not an account issue, as on my Klingon KDF character, those Klingon BOFFs are fine qnd have the TOS smooth headed option available in the tailor. I have completed the TOS starfleet tutorial and story arc "The Agents of Yesterday" previously before checking for the customization options of my Klingon BOFF. Making sure this issue wasn't limited to just the one, I deleted my BOFF and got another, which confirmed this is a recurring bug.

This may be a Federal Klingon issue in general; I don't recall seeing that option as a Federal Klingon captain, either.

federation Klingons also do not have the option for new hairs or smooth foreheads like the KDF faction I made a topic about this like a year ago and it gained no traction.

I sometimes hate how some of these threads get locked after a month of inactivity. I guess it's either my OCD or my military training that screams "consolidate your threads;" it feels like a waste to have so many threads of the same topic that are locked because of inactivity for 1 month.
