Friendly & Enemy names disappearing during TFO's

Keep getting team mates names disappearing during TFO's. There is no writing above their ships (toon name, ship name & fleet name). The same happens for enemy vessels when doing TFO's. No information. They can still be targeted, but have to manually search for them, so you can't tell on screen if there are any around! Doesn't happen all the time, but is happening in multiple different TFO's.
